Shipping and Refund Policies
Local Friday Delivery - LA Only
We offer $10 local Friday wine delivery in the Los Angeles area. Orders of 6 rosé bottles or more do not incur a delivery fee. Select 'local delivery' upon checkout for the rosé to be delivered with any other fresh produce goodies you may have ordered!
Adult signature and ID required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable to accept the delivery, we will re-attempt the following business day. After this second delivery attempt, we will cancel and refund you for your order; a restocking fee may occur.
Same Day Delivery - LA Only
For same day delivery please call 1-844-FLA-MNGO. Orders placed by 2pm M-F will be delivered locally the same day by 9pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following business day. We do not currently offer same day delivery on the weekends.
Same day delivery will incur a $20 fee. For a limited time, we will offer free same day delivery if you order a case of 6 rosé bottles or more. You must be within our local Los Angeles delivery range.
Pink Moon Rosé
Adult signature and ID required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable to accept the delivery, we will re-attempt the following business day. After this second delivery attempt, we will cancel and refund you for your order; a restocking fee may occur.
Domestic Shipping
We currently only ship domestically. FedEx shipping charges for your wine order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on delivery day, package weight and shipping destination. Your delivery will be attempted 3 times - after the 3rd attempt your package will be returned to us and the shipping fee will not be refunded. When placing an order on our site you are allowing us to transfer your order to a third party shipping partner (FedEx). You are responsible to comply with your home state laws regarding this shipment.
Please allow up to five days for your order to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience!
We do not currently ship wine to the following states: AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, IN, KY, LA, MS, NJ, OH, OK, RI, UT and WY.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number to check your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at concierge@flamingoestate.com with your name and order number.
Discounts
Flamingo Estate discount codes cannot be used on wine purchases, with the exception of rosé-specific promos.
Sales Price Protection
As a small company, we do not offer price protection for orders placed before our sales start.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Flamingo Estate does not accept returns on wine purchases.
