The Pink Moon is the name for the Full Moon in April, when our moss pink, or wild ground phlox, is in blossom.
She is an experiment in wild alchemy: a mystical blend of Tempranillo, Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, all grown quietly under the moonlight of San Luis Obispo, then hand-picked and gently pressed to extract the perfectly pink juice.
This wine dances in your mouth with flavors of red cherry, fresh hints of cantaloupe, and a savory tease of honey from the golden Australian Wattle barrels it's aged in.

Made from salt-licked grapes grown by moonlight on California cliffs, Pink Moon is bottled Bohemia, a rosé rich with notes of ripe summer peaches, dark cherries, and cool, wet nectar.

Flamingo Estate Pink Moon, made by winemaker Kamee Knutson, is a delicate blend of Tempranillo, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, all grown quietly under the moonlight of San Luis Obispo, then hand-picked and gently pressed to extract the perfectly pink juice. The result is a rosé as textured and delightful as the land it’s born from.
